Today is the 2nd day of Hanukkah, the Jewish festival of lights. I’m reminded of my time spent in Canada and seeing the the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) when flying cross country. One night on a Canadian Airlines flight to Vancouver, the pilot invited me to the cockpit and this is what I saw. Needless to say, I was mesmerized and the image has been with me ever since.
