It’s January, and it’s still cold in NYC, but Savvy got to spend this past week in Arizona at the Four Seasons Scottsdale Resort. While the weather wasn’t super duper warm like a tropical beach, it was still beautiful and the gang managed to sneak in a hike in the mountains.
The resort is completely self-contained and surprisingly affordable for a Four Seasons property. With room rates less than $300/night, and food and wine offerings that were well priced, it was surprisingly good value. And then there are the rooms — the most basic room is at least 500 square feet, and all face the desert. The bath amenities are from L’Occitane, which is always a nice touch. The bottom line is that this one gets the Savvy Nav stamp of approval!
Scottsdale is not just for the old folks, and we’ll be heading back soon.
